What does GQ do?
GrayQuest (www.grayquest.com) is one of India's largest vertical-focused Consumer Financing / FinTech companies in the education ecosystem mainly focused on providing zero-cost EMIs for the $100B education ecosystem in India. We were founded in 2017 in Mumbai and have since expanded our presence across the country.
We offer a suite of products spanning SAAS, payments, and BNPL use cases for educational institutions nationwide. Our primary offering is a monthly fee payment plan wherein students and parents can pay their education fee in bite-sized monthly payments at zero extra cost, and
access a range of insurance and other benefits!
Today, we are working with more than 5500+ educational institutions accessing 2M+ students across the country.

● Fast Learners : There’s much to do here at GQ and a lot of learning up for grabs. Your experience as a community captain will be a lot more fulfilling the quicker you are at absorbing context and delivering output.
● High Integrity : Good captains are dependable, honest, and trustworthy. A lot of the work you do has a direct impact on our customers and therefore your integrity as a Commune Captain is of utmost importance to us.
● Extreme ownership : We believe that captains self-govern and are resourceful to get the job done. As a Captain of the Commune, we’d expect no less from you too.
● Communication Maestro : At GQ the default is over communicate > under-communicate. We trust you to do the job and count on you, so it will be your responsibility to ensure that all the other stakeholders are well-informed through open, proactive communication.
● We are looking for dynamic individuals who can lead B2C business penetration for us.
● We are looking for interns to oversee the relationships of the company with key
stakeholders of the business.
● You will be responsible for onboarding customers on the EMI payment model.
● The ideal candidate will be apt to build strong relationships with customers.
Role & Responsibilities:
● Act as the main point of contact for parents and students in the assigned client location.
● Convince the customers to pay fees through the GQ EMI option and assist in the customer onboarding journey.
● Work with other internal credit and business teams to ensure timely disbursements.
● Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings.
● Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term business relationships.
Note-
-> Once the students are selected for this Internship, they will be undergoing a virtual training session for about three-four days. Post training, there will be an assessment and only on clearing the assessment, they would be deployed in the organization.
-> The training sessions are going to be in a virtual format and students are expected to attend
the same via Laptop only. Attending from mobile phones is strictly not allowed.
-> This will be 6 days working (Mon-Sat).
Compensation Details:
It would comprise of two components : monthly fixed + travel allowance.
We also have an incentive program which is based on monthly performance during their tenure.
